o ring seals

Post by robsgreen »

Hi Guys
I'm rebuilding my CBX and the pattern gasket set I've brought includes 12 green o ring seals which I'm not sure where they go? I cant see in the manual where these are used. Can you help please?
Best Regards
Martin

Size would help. Not knowing that, might they be for the various oil galley plugs on the lower crankcase?

Hi Dave

I'm told, that the green o rings are a mistake in the set , and are normally used in the Cb1100 R gasket set
So I do not need them.

Best Regards

Martin

Is the O-ring 15x2.5 ? I cannot find any O-ring with a qty of 12 for the CB1100R either. There is a 15x2.5 with a total qty of 7, but strange enough, it has 4 with one and 3 with a different part-number. :?
