I do.
My opinion is, that the "sideplates" of the gerotor pump show severe scoring and this may cause significant internal leakage of the unit, making it unefficient.
Whether it is still within the specs of being usable, I don't know.
However, I don't think that this is the cause of your engine using a lot of oil! Oil that the pump cannot get to where it is supposed to be, is not going to be used up or disappears.

If it were mine, I would replace it.

There has been a lot of 'trash' through that pump - not surprising that the engine uses oil also. Some of the scoring on the housing can be cleaned up (see Aris' fine post on that), but yours is too deep to get all out. Good used ones are plenty and cheap, but again, that's over here.

Hey Geert, what did your oil pump screen look like?

Thanks guys! I think I'm gonna look for an other oil pump.
The oil pump screen was dirty, but not to bad. We couldn't find any other internal engine damage
what points to the oil use.
Do you guys know some points we have to check?

Thanks again!

Oil use is going to come from 3 places - bad ring/cylinder tolerances, bad valve seals/guides, or leaks somewhere else. I'd carefully check the main/rod bearing condition and tolerances as those are the most affected by dirty oil. The transmission and the top end, as long as they have oil at all, seem to have quite a tolerance for marginal oil. You should do a leak-down test on the top end and that will tell you what's wrong there.

If you find all is within tolerance in the bottom end, I'd be looking at a bore job and head restoration - maybe you've already planned for that.

Check your oil lines, oil cooler and passages in the motor for debris.
