Post by 7mmBR »

If someone has the AIR FILTER Honda number for 82 Pro-Line, my LPS can bring me in one in the morning with my oil filters, please and thanks in advance if you have it handy?

17210-MA2-000. Original Honda number. Other makes are out there and may be cheaper.

FYI - the Honda part number in NLA. And every aftermarket one I've seen lately does not have the rubber/foam sealing gasket. You have to make and install one of your own.

Original foam sock over the wire mesh for the early models, sock is still available various places. Any of the paper copies of the late model are OK I guess, just need to make a gasket for them. As you well know, I'm not a fan at all of the K&N drop-in. Not a great filter, plus many times upsets carb jetting.
