Primary Shaft Bearings

Hi Guys

It is possible to change the Main flanged Primary shaft bearing and small needle roller bearing?

Hi Guys
Can anyone answer this? I know I can pull the bearings off but I'm struggling to find a replacement as the numbers on the main roller bearing does not match up with anything. I don't want to pull the bearing off and housing in case I damage it before I know I can get a replacement. I pretty sure the bearings are fine but would like to replace them anyway to be sure.

The main bearing in the clutch side housing is available from Honda - needle bearing is not. The main bearing does go bad, I've changed 2 of them.

I know someone who I think may have the needle bearing (part 91024-422-000), let me know if you want me to check it out.

Dave, what are the symptoms of the bearing going bad ?

Hi Dave, Thanks for the information, thought they were unobtainable, fantastic.

Paul, I'll get back to you on that once I've pulled main bearing off after my hols.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the main bearing, its smooth, I cant detect any play, however when it gets hot it may be a different story. I'm going to replace everything I can this rebuild.
