Boomerang wheel & brake rotor problem!

Hi, I got problem to set front boomerang front wheel to my -79 Z with std. forks & rotors. In this combination the rotors are too wide there is no space between rotors and forks. I find out that the normal rim is in the midle thinner ca. 12 mm than this boomerang wheel from CX 650. I want to use normal forks and calipers so which brake rotors shall I set there?
