Supertrapp exhaust users - help with stand stops/bumpers

Post by barryadam »

For those of you with SS Supertrapp exhausts, how are the stand rubber bumpers configured?

I see the original Honda pipes have a single rubber bumper on each side and one long rubber bumper (for a two hole bracket).
I'm guessing this means the center stand rests on the single rubber pads on each exhaust side and the side stand sits on the longer rubber bumper on the LHS.

The Supertrapp pipes I have include three brackets on the one side for rubber bumpers for the stands. None of them seem to line up in a plane, so I guess they all must take a single, round rubber bumper. The pipes were used and included no rubber bumpers when I got them. Do they use the Honda rubber bumpers or do they have their own Supertrapp rubber bumpers?

If you have the Supertrapp exhaust, a specific picture that shows the stands and their stops would be very helpful.

Thanks

Barry
