All 4 Orders are in! MotoGPWerks can make more, but you have to let me know SOON to get in on this build/run.

Thanks, Buzz.

Just talked to Red, he wants us to all send the payment in so he can ship them out next week.
If you do not want the Exhaust, let me know turn on the next buyer.

Looks like someone from the board who resides in Los Angeles as well picked up the exhaust in person in my stead. Spoke with Red and he confirmed it, a bit bummed since I've been waiting for months, but oh well... shit happens sometimes. Hopefully next time.

Hmmmmmm, sounds mighty strange to me.
I am assuming that "Red" is Chris, the owner of MotoGPwerks.
Let me rattle a few cages, I'll be back :-)

It does not look like anyone that I know got the exhaust.
I sincerely doubt that someone from this board got it either.
Sad situation !! Maybe a vendor error.

He shouldn't of given exhaust to anyone other than the organizer of this group buy.
I think that he needs to make another one now to fulfill the order

Hi,
I'm Chris from Motogpwerks ,Everyone that was on the list got their exhaust 'NO one missed out ' (and they have all been shipped) thanks for accusing me without calling me first ....
Cross, maybe you should supply me your name and where you work before you tell me what to do .These cost me about 740-800 each to make and I sell them below what they cost me to make .Bills cbx use to sell them for $1195 If I was making 50-100 units like at yoshimura things could be even cheaper .
Our Calfab swingarms are $1000-1400 and those cost more to make as again I'm not selling one each day as back in the hay day.
MY number is 714 223 0111 I have my phone on nearly 24hrs and I work 7 days.
So you know I own 6 CBX's out off the 103 bikes I have .

Chris,

I wasn't calling you out or telling you what to do. It should of read (he can always make another one if needed) and you were probably already making it as any fair businessman would. I'm glad that you were able to sell extra one.
Thank you for doing this for our community and i apologize again if my tone was inappropriate

I was on the list and haven't got my exhaust.
I talked with James a couple times on PM but never heard anything back after him telling me that I'd hear back about shipping costs. I called Red a couple times and sent him multiple emails but I'm not getting a response. It seemed like he wasn't too excited to have to ship it when I talked to him on the phone.

So no, not everyone got an exhaust that was on the list. I'm still interested.

That means that two of the four people on the list did not get their exhaust.
Something here is pretty stinky !!
