drilled slow jets

Post by edd-short »

Hello Gents,
Took the carbs off to clean the system due to using cheap supermarket fuel, I have notice a discrepancy in the slow jets, 3 have #35 but 3 others have 1mm (I'm assuming these have been drilled) when you hold them up to a light the difference between the 2 is huge.
I will properly buy new jets but I just wandered what effect the larger bore would have?

The drilled out ones will dump gas into those cylinders. You want them all the same, either stock #35 or #38 will work fine.
