Great to see another project instead of a part-out.
You sure do take on the difficult ones. The Super Hawk looks great so far.
I would check into sending the CBX parts that need blasting to Nils.

Thanks for the reply. This will be my most complex and expensive motorcycle project by far. I've already learned a bit by going to Nils website. One of the things I had been wondering is where to get the most authentic exhaust, now I know. My son suggested to just steal the pipes off my 82. Ha Ha, like that's going to happen. I have no experience with vapor blasting but I want mine to look as nice your Black 1980. I read that you did some upgrades, I am interested in doing those too. I've heard there is a remedy for the chatty clutch. I really want to take care of that, I hate that sound. I am going to do a lot of research on the CBX website and Nils' site while I finish up the Superhawk. I am retired and this is what I now do. Life is GOOD. I am excited about this project.

I do not want to get into another debate about the merits of parting out a restorable bike.
No doubt you have the same discussions in your vintage car world.
