Wow. That is going to be so cool.

So, did you select the silencers by size and/or flow? Are they tune-able for restriction/sound?

How will you finish the pipes? Paint. chrome, powder coat?

Looking forward to seeing the progress. 8)

Either garage is too small or we have too many bikes. Or Momma's car needs to go outside.

Thanks Rick! I selected the cans by size and wanted the carbon fiber look. The were rated at 250cc's. They are not tunable, what you see is what you get. The end caps look to be some what restrictive and may need to be modified. When the system is finished I have access to the dyno at Washtenaw Community College and will see if the numbers are better or worse and make an assessment from there. I want to ceramic coat the entire system in black when finished. -Mike

I would think they should be good, Mike. You are connecting to only 174cc per cylinder. 8)

This is going to look so cool.
I prefer the set-up in the last 2 pics where the pipes have a slight angle out at the top than the first couple where they are straight up and down.

It looks fantastic but I REALLY wish I could hear it run once it's done. Great work Mike.

Mike. another cool thing i just noticed is the angle of the head pipes.
In pic #6 [the one from the front left side] it shows sweep of the head pipes of the middle cylinders to the outside of the engine. The arc lessens the "blockiness".
Very nice.

Thanks Nils and Steve. I can't wait to hear it either. I will post a video when finished. Uncle Ron gets the credit for the front pipe looks!-Mike

This is very nice - great attention to detail! I'm always extra-impressed when I see someone put more care and skill into a jig or tool than I can manage on finished parts. ;)

I humbly suggest, though, that you plan to replace those end caps. They look so much like a 2-stroke stinger, which to me is not the right look for this bike.

Keep up the great work!
