I love the last picture with the fork lift lurking in the background.
The "muscle" waiting for the call.

Your wife "buys stuff/participates" in your bike build?
Has she got any sisters?

Looking great, Mike. You've got me wanting to buy a mill/lathe/drill combo...
Does your wife ride, also?

Sorry to hear it, back issues suck! Glad to hear that she's still supportive. Can't wait to see this all done.

That is totally badass, and I can't wait to hear a video of a fly-by with the engine in full song. So cool.

Re: 6x6 exhaust for my 80 X
Lost the side stand in a couple pics...which is a good thing.
I have seen articles touting the benefits of equal length headers. How far back from the exhaust port does that continue to be in effect?
Just seeing the jog you have to put in the #1 pipe for the side stand does the exhaust flow get compromised?
Also asking because i have a bastardized Bassani that ends up in an undertail single muffler. It has an almost 90 degree upturn just after the footpegs.

I'm not sure Steve, I know that's what I had to do to make this work. So many compromises, and learning as I go. Time will tell...The X will spend some time on the dyno when it's all over.
